Shipping
Shipping/delivery is only available within Canada.
Shipping rates are free within Ontario.
$55.00 per order within Canada, outside of Ontario.
We offer shipping to your door on most areas within Canada for many of our products. Depending on the supplier and your location, your order will ship via Canada Post, Purolator, Fedex, UPS or other 3rd party carriers. For large items, your products will often be delivered by a local delivery carrier in your area. If your order includes multiple products from multiple manufacturers, you may receive separate shipments.
Please note that standard delivery is to your door step only. This means that the delivery driver does not bring the item into your home or assemble it. If you live in a building it would be brought into the lobby only.
Delivery to remote or rural parts of Canada may include additional charges that are not calculated during your original online purchase. If there is going to be an additional shipping charge due to your location, Elevated Living will notify you of the cost prior to processing your payment and ensure you want to proceed.
PO Box addresses are not acceptable for delivery.
Returns
We want to let you know that most of the items on our site aren’t kept in our warehouse. Each product is specially ordered from our suppliers just for you! Because of this, if we need to return them, we have to cover a return fee, plus shipping and duties.
To help with those costs, a 20% restocking fee will apply to all returned products except for hardware which has a 50% restocking fee. We appreciate your understanding! If you would like to exchange the returned product for another item we offer, or if you prefer store credit, we can provide it at the full value of the original purchase.
Our customers are responsible for return shipping to our showroom. Refunds are made to the original method of payment, less original shipping, and handling. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable unless the item received is damaged, defective or incorrect.
Products Eligible For Return
Products that have been delivered in the past 30 days.
Products are unused/uninstalled, in their original packaging with all original paperwork and packaging materials, and in the same condition that you received them.
The following products are eligible for return:
Any lighting with a plug
Any hardwired lighting that is less than 30" in either height, width, or diameter (not installed)
Rugs that are 8’ x 10’ or less in size
Hardware (please note hardware is subject to a higher restocking fee of 50%)
Products Ineligible For Return
Products that have been delivered more than 30 days ago
Products that have writing on the box or damaged packaging
Products that don’t have all of the original packaging (styrofoam, parts, instructions, etc.)
Hardwired lighting that has been installed
The following products are ineligible for return:
Customized, personalized, or special-order items are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Open Box items
Artwork
Pillows
Bedding
Any Hardwired Lighting that is more than 30" in either height, width, or diameter
Rugs greater than 8’ x 10’ in size
If your return meets the eligibility criteria above, kindly initiate your return below. By initiating a return, you agree with the terms and conditions above.
Once the form is completed, a member of our customer service team will be in touch with next steps within 1-2 business days. If your return is approved, please note that a quality control review will be issued once the order has arrived back at our warehouse. This process takes approximately 3-5 business days from the date of receipt.
Once the review has been completed, your return request will be processed. Please be aware that any returns arriving at our warehouse without original packaging, items that have been installed, or those with unpaid postage will be sent back to the sender.
